George came to the line at 2:37 pm

Land - Early whistle adjust line, three to get through the land bridge and four more to the end.

Water - Three early whistles to get line worked out and two more to the Dog Bone Pond that carried across to the next pond. One whistles to the point and one off it. Two more to move through the end of the water and up to the bird.

82. FC-AFC WOOD RIVER'S MR BIG, "George" LM, Bill Fruehling

George came to the line at 8:29 am

Flyer - George crossed the small pond and drove up the hill to the area of the fall. He established a hunt in the area and came up with his bird

Left - He angled in the pond in front of the line and ran straight to the cover right of the gunners and retriever it's bird.

Middle - The dog drove out to the area left of the middle gun station and made a few loops deep of the fall. After a quick pass right of the gunners he returned to the left side and worked his way quickly to his bird

George and Bill came to the line at 12:53 pm

Water Blind - George got three whistles to get into the water and one near the peninsula and one to get off. Five whistles to get him through the main body of water and over the island. One whistle out of the pond and up the hill. Nice end.

George and Bill Fruehling came to the line at 1:28 pm

Flyer - George crossed the pond, ran right of the mound and straight to the flyer

Left - The dog's swim across the pond was left of the island and carried him to the ditch and the bird

Middle - George swam out and through the decoys taking a route up the hill high and wide of the left side of the rectangular pond. After a loop on the hill the dog made his way quickly down the hill to get his bird.

George came to the line at 1:30 pm

Flyer - George went straight to the bird with great style and speed

Retired Gun - Excellent momentum and line to the bird

Blind - A whistle at the end and a safety and George has completed the first day of the National
